Social Media ManagerMediject | Harley Street + Hybrid
24 hours per week | Flexible hours
We’re looking for a creative and naturally curious Social Media Manager to join the Mediject team and help bring our brand to life across social media.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands social, knows what makes good content and isn’t afraid to try something different. You’ll be managing multiple accounts, creating content from idea through to execution, and helping us build a consistent and engaging presence online.
What you’ll be doing
- Developing fresh content ideas for Mediject and our social channels
- Creating, filming and editing Reels and short-form content
- Capturing treatment, educational and behind-the-scenes content at our Harley Street clinic
- Keeping up with current trends, sounds and formats, while finding ways to make them feel original and true to Mediject
- Managing and planning content across multiple social media accounts
- Using insights and performance to understand what our audience responds to
- Working closely with the team to bring new ideas and campaigns to life
About you
You’ll be creative, proactive and genuinely interested in social media. You’ll have a good eye for content and understand that great social isn’t always about following the trend — it’s about knowing how to make it your own.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Confident creating and editing Reels
- Comfortable filming in a busy clinic environment
- Naturally full of ideas and happy to take the lead on content
- Organised and able to manage multiple accounts
- Comfortable working independently as well as with the wider team
- Comfortable around needles, blood and medical aesthetic treatments
You don’t need previous experience in medical aesthetics. A background in beauty, aesthetics, healthcare or a similar industry would be a bonus, but creativity and a genuine understanding of social media are more important.
The role
24 flexible hours per week, hybrid.
You’ll spend some of your time at our Harley Street clinic capturing content, with the remainder working from home. Flexibility is important as content will naturally need to be captured around treatments, training days and clinic activity.
If you’re someone who is always noticing a good Reel, spotting a trend before everyone else or thinking of ways to make content better, we’d love to hear from you.
Pay: £13.50 per hour
Work Location: Hybrid remote in London W1C
