CIBTAC Centre Coordinator
Location: Spinnaker Road near the Docks, Gloucester

Salary: £25,000 per annum on full time basis, pro-rata according to working hours
Hours: 20 hours per week, 4 hours a day over 5 days, between 9am to 5pm , Monday to Friday

The Confederation of International Beauty Therapy and Cosmetology (CIBTAC) is a leading, not-for-profit awarding organisation. We deliver high quality accredited qualifications to centres internationally and produce beauty, complementary and spa therapy graduates of the highest calibre.
The role:
The primary role of the Centre Coordinator is to manage our portfolio of accredited centres and coordinate their examination schedules, both in the UK and internationally, to strict, regulated deadlines. The successful candidate will be required to develop and nurture the business relationship with both new and existing clients to generate income and support the goals of the business. The Centre Coordinator is the main point of contact for the client, acting as the primary person in charge of account management and operational services.
We are looking for someone who is process driven, proactive and adaptable with a “can-do” attitude, who instinctively takes responsibility and ownership of tasks and who enjoys working in a fun and close-knit team environment.
The key areas of focus within the role include:
- Coordinate and plan cost effective examination schedules for each centre
- Proactively liaise with own portfolio of centres to grow and develop relationships
- Ensure all paperwork is processed in a timely and accurate manner to meet examination deadlines and SLA’s
- Book all necessary travel arrangements for each schedule when applicable
- Maintain and update the company database with candidate registration and centre information
- Perform yearly audits for centres and produce relevant documents as required
- Conduct quality assurance processes with regards to examination results and certificates when required
- Support fellow Centre Coordinators and colleagues in other areas of the business when necessary
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent administrative and communication skills
- Experience in an operational or scheduling role
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Competent in using MS applications (word, excel, outlook)
- A good level of secondary education
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a team
- A background in education and/or beauty therapy is desirable but certainly not essential
This role is 16 hours per week over 4 days @ 4 hours per day, at our head office location (This role is strictly onsite with no remote working).
