We're looking for an Assistant Night Manager who wants to run the show after dark: part Duty Manager, part bartender, part night-owl problem-solver, all Moxy.

What you'll be doing
Owning the night You're the go-to person once the rest of the hotel switches off. Check-ins, check-outs, room moves, guest requests — you handle it all with energy and a smile, and you're the first face guests see if something needs sorting.
Leading the overnight crew You'll supervise and support the overnight team, split tasks across reception, bar and public areas, and make sure everyone's set up to deliver great service — even at 2am.
Running the numbers Night audit is your domain. Reports, postings, reconciliations — all buttoned up and accurate before you clock off, so the morning team walks into a clean handover.
Keeping Bar Moxy buzzing Jump behind the bar, pour drinks, plate up the grab-and-go menu, and keep the overnight food & drink offering on brand. Upselling comes naturally to you.
Making sure the place shines Floor walks, public area checks, a bit of hands-on cleaning where needed — you take pride in a hotel that looks as good at 4am as it does at 4pm.
Keeping everyone safe Security checks, emergency procedures, incident reporting — you keep a calm head and a watchful eye all night long.
What you'll bring
- Previous experience in a hotel Front Office or Nights role
- Some supervisory experience in hospitality — you know how to lead a small team
- Confidence to make decisions solo, without someone looking over your shoulder
- Comfortable moving between reception, bar and hands-on support duties
- A good handle on hotel systems and night audit processes (or ready to learn fast)
- Flexible, reliable, and organised — nights don't run themselves
