Duties
- Assisting with loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Preparing work sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary tools and materials
- Moving, lifting, and organising supplies as required for ongoing projects
- Supporting tradespeople and team members with various manual tasks
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards across the work area
- Operating basic machinery or tools, subject to training and competency
- Ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and in accordance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in labouring or similar manual roles is advantageous but not essential
- Good physical fitness and stamina to perform strenuous tasks over extended periods
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team
- Basic understanding of health and safety procedures in a construction or industrial environment
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of work
- Valid UK driving licence is desirable but not mandatory
