Built to help you succeed
We've created an environment where our Sales Consultants can focus on what they do best—looking after customers.
Each of our sales departments has a dedicated Sales Support Specialist who manages many of the day-to-day operational tasks, including vehicle administration, stock presentation and showroom support. You'll also be supported by an experienced administration team working behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly.
It's all designed to remove distractions, allowing you to spend more time building relationships, delivering exceptional customer service and achieving great results.
The Role
You'll guide customers through one of the most important purchases they'll make, from their first enquiry through to collecting their new vehicle.
You'll:
- Welcome customers and understand their individual needs.
- Demonstrate Toyota's exciting vehicle range.
- Explain finance and ownership options clearly and professionally.
- Build lasting customer relationships.
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Achieve sales and customer satisfaction objectives using our proven sales process.
Could this be you?
You'll ideally have:
- At least three years' retail sales experience.
- A proven track record in customer-focused sales.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A professional, positive and organised approach.
- The motivation to learn and continually develop.
- A full UK driving licence.
Previous motor industry experience is welcome but not essential. If you've built your career in retail sales and enjoy helping customers make informed decisions, we'll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.
