Job Summary
I am seeking a talented and professional Lash Technician to join my team at the Liberty Workspace Beauty Rooms - based in Wembley (Unit 1, Liberty Centre, Mount Pleasant, Wembley HA0 1TX).
This role is based on pay per client - you must bring your own clients and pay 40% to the owner (myself).
You can set your own prices and bring your own clients, you have full autonomy over your schedule and in return you will have access to your own beauty room.
The beauty room is fully decorated with access to a kitchen and a waiting area for your customers.
You will not be paying and rent or fees as this will be my responsibility. Just bring your lovely clients!
Bookings will be made through my branding Lash Studio and taken via Fresha.
Hours: You can set your own hours, including evenings and weekends or during the day.
Qualifications:
- You must have a lash certificate
- Female only
- Have done lashes for at least a year with an established clientele.
- Ideal for someone who wants to move out of their home location and into a professional beauty room without the liability of paying for rent
- Please submit photo's of your lash work in your CV.
Duties
- Apply eyelash extensions with precision, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for clients
- Conduct consultations to determine the most suitable lash styles and lengths based on individual preferences and eye shape
- Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic workspace in accordance with health and safety standards
- Educate clients on aftercare procedures to prolong the longevity of their lash extensions
- Keep accurate records of treatments performed and client preferences for future reference
- Promote additional beauty services offered by the salon to maximise client satisfaction and retention
- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in eyelash extension application and beauty treatments
Skills
- Proven experience in makeup application, particularly eyelash extensions or similar beauty treatments
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanour
- Strong communication skills to effectively understand client needs and explain aftercare instructions
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, to ensure clear communication with clients and team members
- Organised with an eye for detail to deliver precise, high-quality results
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety
Interviews will take place in two to three weeks
Pay: From £20.00 per hour
