We’re looking for caring, consistent, and resilient individuals to join our trauma-informed residential team. This is your chance to support children aged 8–17 who’ve experienced trauma, helping them feel safe, build trust, and reach their potential.
What You’ll Get:

Typical Shifts Include:
- 8am–11pm (followed by sleep-in)
- 8am–8pm
- 3pm–11pm (followed by sleep-in)
- Occasional waking nights (8pm–8am), planned in advance
You’ll Need To Be:
- Experienced in working with children or young people
- Emotionally intelligent and trauma-informed
- Either qualified (Level 3 in Residential Childcare) or willing to complete it
- Flexible to work across a 7-day rota, including weekends and sleep-ins
