Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Supervisor for Reactive Maintenance and Planned Works to lead our maintenance teams in delivering exceptional service and operational excellence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee both reactive repairs and scheduled maintenance activities, ensuring the smooth functioning of critical systems across our facilities. As a key leader, you will coordinate maintenance projects, supervise technical teams, and implement efficient processes to uphold safety, quality, and reliability standards. Your energetic leadership will drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and technical expertise.
Duties
- The role involves covering a number of sites across the Tamworth area.
- The works involve both planning and reactive maintenance, ensuring old jobs are closed down.
- Responsible for works and ensuring Health and Safety is being adhered to across all sites.
Driving licence and DBS required (we will process one if you dont have one)
£250 per day Umbrella CIS
