Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering strictly to food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Serve customers promptly and courteously, providing excellent customer service that enhances their experience
- Assist with inventory management by checking stock levels, rotating supplies, and notifying management of shortages or expired items
- Support the team in setting up dining areas, clearing tables, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
- Follow all safety procedures during food handling, cooking, and cleaning processes to prevent accidents or contamination
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen operations within a restaurant or cafe environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for serving customers and collaborating with team members
- Basic culinary skills with familiarity in meal preparation techniques
- Prior experience with food handling equipment and kitchen tools is preferred
