You’ll build and optimize high-converting flows, campaigns, segmentation, and retention systems that directly impact the bottom line.

What You’ll Do-
Own Afina’s email + SMS retention strategy end-to-end

Build and optimize flows in Klaviyo (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, replenishment, win-back, VIP, etc.)

Launch high-performing campaigns that drive revenue every week

Build advanced segmentation and personalized customer journeys

Run aggressive A/B testing across copy, offers, creatives, send times, and CTAs
-
Improve retention, LTV, deliverability, and revenue per recipient

Own filter replenishment lifecycle campaigns
-
Work closely with growth, creative, and CX teams to scale retention fast
What We’re Looking For-
3+ years in email/SMS marketing for DTC or e-commerce brands
-
Strong Klaviyo experience
-
Proven track record driving measurable retention and revenue growth
-
Strong copywriting + conversion instincts
-
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills

Ability to execute at high speed in a fast-growth startup environment
