London Construction Contractor Ltd (LCC) is a fast-growing design, construction, maintenance and development company based in Central and West London. We specialise in high-quality commercial fit-outs, refurbishments, maintenance works, small-scale developments and new-build projects across Greater London, working with developers, private investors, landlords, retailers and hospitality brands.
We are looking to recruit a proactive Builder / Handyman with experience in high-end commercial and residential projects. The role will involve a mixture of maintenance works, refurbishments, fit-outs and small construction projects across luxury retail, hospitality and residential properties throughout London. The position may involve both day and night shifts depending on project requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Builder in commercial construction or fit-out.
- Skilled in multiple trades (Drylining, plastering, basic carpentry, plumbi).
- Understanding of commercial construction methods, materials, and H&S practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general building works including bricklaying, plastering, and basic carpentry.
- Assist with structural changes and commercial fit-out installations.
- Work from technical drawings and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations at all times.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Hours of Work: Generally Monday to Friday, with working hours varying depending on project requirements. Applicants must be flexible and willing to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, or night shifts where required.
