Responsibilities
- Support clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, meditation administration and mobility assistance
- Assist in the development and implementation of personalized care plans tailored to individual needs
- Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental health and social engagement
- Maintain accurate records of care provided using simple IT systems and ensure compliance with care standards
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, family members maintaining professional boundarie.
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to create a secure environment for everyone involved
Experience
- Previous experience working in a Domiciliary care is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members
- Basic IT literacy for maintaining accurate documentation and updating care plans
- Valid driving license is advantageous for roles involving transportation responsibilities
- Ability to work flexibly across different shifts, including weekends or evenings if required
