Fini’s has built an excellent reputation, both locally and further afield, for great food and drink, warm hospitality and outstanding service.
We’re looking for enthusiastic, friendly and reliable full-time restaurant team member to join our small and welcoming team.
Our approach to food and hospitality is all about creating an informal, relaxed and enjoyable dining experience. Fini’s is open to both hotel residents and non-residents, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The Role
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two shifts are quite the same. You’ll be an important part of creating the friendly, welcoming experience our guests and customers have come to expect from Fini’s.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming customers and checking in hotel guests
- Taking food and drink orders and communicating them clearly to the kitchen
- Serving food and drinks
- Responding to customer requests and ensuring guests receive excellent service
- Clearing and resetting tables
- Taking payments
- Keeping the restaurant clean, tidy and well presented
- Working closely with the rest of the team to ensure smooth service
About You

We’re looking for people who are willing to work a flexible shift pattern, including weekend breakfasts, weekend lunchtimes and evening dinner services. While shifts have set start times, finishing times can vary depending on the needs of the service.
Experience
Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, café or other food service environment would be an advantage, but it isn’t essential.
We’re also happy to consider applicants who can demonstrate maturity, common sense, reliability and a strong work ethic gained through other working environments.
A Few Essentials
Due to insurance requirements, applicants must be aged 18 or over.
As we’re a small team and shifts can vary in their finishing times, you’ll also need to be able to travel to and from work independently.
