Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring that all areas are tidy, safe, and welcoming. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent service. This position is for both domestic cleaning and holiday rental changeovers. Help managing the rotas for the cleaners and watching the calendar to organise change overs.
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitise bathrooms, kitchens, and communal areas.
- washing and ironing
- Making beds to a high standard
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are used correctly and stored safely.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met.

Skills
- Ability to drive is preferred or a reliable way of getting to work
- Proficient in English to communicate clearly with colleagues and clients.
- Strong customer service skills to provide a positive experience for clients.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively relay information and instructions within the team.
