Lil’ Nashville is Coming to Bristol!
Our legendary bar and restaurant Lil’ Nashville is coming to Bristol this October, and we're on the hunt for enthusiastic FOH Team Members to join our opening team across bar and floor.
We're looking to build a fantastic opening team of people who love creating unforgettable guest experiences and working as part of a fun, energetic team. If you're a natural people-person with a big smile, a passion for country music and a knack for Southern hospitality, this is your chance to shine!
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly, professional manner and ensuring they feel well looked after throughout their visit
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure smooth service during busy periods
- Preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Taking food orders while carefully following all allergen guidelines
- Providing recommendations and using suggestive selling to enhance the guest experience
- Keeping all areas of the front-of-house clean, organised and well presented
- Handling payments accurately, including cash and card transactions
- Responding to guest questions and resolving any issues promptly and professionally
- Assisting with reservations, walk-ins and waitlists where required
- Supporting opening and closing duties as required
Qualities:
- Previous experience in bar, waiting or host roles is desired
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
