Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and vigilant Traffic Marshall to ensure the safe and efficient movement of vehicles and pedestrians at our venue. In this vital role, you will manage access points, direct traffic flow, and uphold safety protocols to maintain a secure environment for all personnel and visitors. Your energetic approach will help keep operations running smoothly while fostering clear communication across teams. Responsibilities
* Direct and manage the flow of traffic around the event site.
* Guide visitors to designated parking areas and advise where parking is not permitted.
* Help prevent congestion and keep entrances, exits and access routes clear.
* Be the eyes and ears on site, reporting any issues or hazards to the event team.
* Provide friendly and professional customer service.
* Give visitors directions and assist with general enquiries.
* Work closely with event staff and security to maintain a safe and organised environment.
Qualifications
* Minimum 1 year’s experience as a Traffic Marshal, Traffic Warden, Event Marshal or similar role.
* Friendly, confident and approachable.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Reliable and punctual.
* Able to work outdoors and remain on your feet for extended periods.
* Able to stay calm and professional in busy environments.

Pay: £12.71 per hour
