FULL TIME BARISTA / COUNTER TEAM MEMBER
Bayon Bakery is on the hunt for a full time Barista / Counter Team Member to join our growing team.
We're looking for someone with solid experience in a busy café environment who can confidently handle high volume service, make consistently great coffee, and pour latte art. Speed, organisation and a friendly personality are a must.
Bayon has now been open for a year and a half and has quickly become one of Hove's busiest bakeries. Everything is baked fresh in house by our talented team of bakers, and no two weeks are ever quite the same. We're a creative, fast paced and genuinely fun place to work, with a team that cares about quality, good service and bringing new ideas to life.
You must be available for early morning starts and both weekend days. Please do not apply if you cannot work Saturdays and Sundays. We do rotate the occasional weekend off where possible, but this cannot be guaranteed. The role does not involve evening shifts.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience as a barista in a busy café
- Confident dialling in espresso and producing latte art
- Friendly, energetic and great with customers
- Able to work quickly and stay calm under pressure
- A team player who enjoys a busy service
- Early morning and weekend availability is essential
