This night time trunking position is 50/60 hours per week starting at 8pm to 6/8am from Thamesmead, London to Fradley, Monday to Friday.
The successful applicant will trunk a double deck trailer from our depot in Barking to our central hub facility in Fradley Park , Staffordshire. Once our pallets has been offloaded you will return with a full load of pallets.
Suitable candidates will be invited to attend a run with an experienced driver and see the job first hand – you will be paid £150 (Taxed) for this regardless of accepting the job or not.
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a minimum of a Class 1 Licence with previous experience.
- Have a Digital Tachograph and CPC Card
- Be able to demonstrate that you have the right to work in the UK
- Have a good standard of English, be able to communicate with the depot and customers and understand both written and verbal instructions
- You need to be punctual and reliable
- You will be located within a reasonable travelling distance of the depot.
