We are seeking an organised and proactive Sales Administrator to join our team. You will play a vital role in supporting our sales function and ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience throughout their journey. You will be responsible for preparing quotations, managing customer communications, coordinating orders and providing administrative support to the external sales team.
This is a fast-paced, office-based role that requires excellent organisation, strong communication skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
About Padel Build UK
Padel Build UK is a UK manufacturer and installer of premium padel courts. Working with sports clubs, leisure operators, schools, local authorities and private investors across the UK, we deliver high-quality padel facilities from initial enquiry through to completion. As demand for padel continues to grow, we're looking for an organised and customer-focused Sales Administrator to support our expanding sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate quotations using the company's CRM and pricing systems.
- Email quotations and supporting documentation to customers in a timely manner.
- Manage customer enquiries via telephone, email and website, ensuring prompt responses.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the sales and ordering process.
- Liaise with customers to obtain information required to progress orders.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth handover from sale to project delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer records within the CRM system.
- Follow up quotations and assist the sales team in progressing opportunities through the pipeline.
- Support external Sales Managers by preparing documentation and providing administrative assistance where required.
- Process sales orders and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
- Monitor outstanding quotations and assist with customer follow-up activity.
- Produce sales reports and administrative documentation when required.
- Ensure excellent customer service is delivered at every stage of the customer journey.
- Assist with general office administration as required.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a sales administration or customer service role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Professional telephone manner.
- Ability to work independently whilst supporting a wider sales team.
Desirable
- Experience within construction, leisure, sport or manufacturing.
- Knowledge of HubSpot CRM.
- Experience producing quotations or sales proposals.

This role is 37.5 hours a week and predominantly office based, with occasional working from home.
Pay: From £24,785.00 per year
