We put people first, offering great training, supportive teams and opportunities to grow your career in Support.

Provide overnight cover to maintain the safety, security, and smooth operation of the accommodation project, reporting and responding to issues as required.
-
Carry out cleaning duties across communal areas and vacant rooms to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
-
Complete housing management and administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records and supporting effective service delivery.
-
Work collaboratively with support staff during incidents or crises and liaise with day staff to ensure continuity of care and best practice.

A compassionate, non-judgemental approach and the ability to build positive relationships with people from diverse backgrounds, including those with support needs.
-
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with residents, colleagues, partner organisations, and statutory agencies.
-
Excellent organisational skills, capable of managing competing priorities, working independently, and remaining effective under pressure.
-
Experience in cleaning, housing-related services, or supporting vulnerable and disadvantaged individuals, with an understanding of the challenges they may face.
-
A practical, solutions-focused mindset, with the confidence to manage challenging situations while promoting equality, inclusion, and anti-discriminatory practice.
Previous housing related support experience isn’t essential, your compassion, reliability and desire to help others are what count. We’ll teach you what you need, and you’ll have the chance to complete a range of training and development activities to build your knowledge and practice toolkit.
