- Collect and verify patient information, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date in compliance with privacy regulations
- Handle administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and processing paperwork with attention to detail
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to promote a professional and welcoming environment
- Support clinical staff by preparing patient charts and assisting with basic administrative tasks as needed
Experience
- Prior office experience or administrative experience is highly desirable, demonstrating your ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with patients, visitors, and team members
