We are an established local food company with a rapidly growing production unit and are looking for a Food Production Operative to join our team.
The role focuses on high-volume sandwich production supplying retail and corporate catering customers. This is a hands-on role in a busy production kitchen, ideal for someone with previous food production experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and assembling sandwiches in a high-volume production line
- Ensuring consistent product quality and presentation
- Following food safety and hygiene procedures
- Maintaining a clean and organised production environment
- Supporting the Production Manager with daily production operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in food production or sandwich production
- Previous experience in Kitchens
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to hygiene and quality standards
- Reliable, punctual and able to work early starts
- Hands-on and proactive attitude
Hours
- Part-time position
- Regular 5:00am starts
- Hours may vary depending on production demand
- Future possibility of night shifts as production expands
