Duties:
- Carry out grass cutting, hedge trimming, leaf and litter removal, and other general garden maintenance tasks.
- Operate powered machinery, light plant and community vehicles safely and effectively.
- Undertake general labouring duties as required.
- Clean, maintain and carry out basic checks on machinery and equipment, including mowers, trimmers and leaf blowers.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times, including manual handling and the safe use of tools and equipment.
Essential:
- PA1/6/A Pesticide Application Certificate
- First Aid at Work Certificate
- Good Knowledge of Horticultural Practices
- Good Knowledge of Horticultural Machinery
