Jark Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company for Production Operatives to join their growing production team in Knighton.
This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and motivated individuals looking for long-term, permanent employment with full training provided.
Duties include:
- Operating production lines and machinery
- Carrying out routine quality checks
- Recording production and downtime information
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Following all health & safety procedures
- Working efficiently to production targets
The successful candidate will have:
- Good English and Maths skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Good attention to detail
- Basic IT skills
- A driving licence is preferred due to the location
- Food manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential
- Own transport essential due to location
Hours
12-hour rotating shifts on a 4 on / 4 off pattern, covering both days and nights.
