✅ Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 (Depending on experience)
✅Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
About the Role
We are looking for a Service Engineer who can confidently and effectively liaise with customers and other business stakeholders to build relationships and maintain a positive image for the company.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Install, service and maintain compressed air and vacuum equipment, as well as associated systems.
- Communicate with the Service department and other business stakeholders to keep all parties well informed on jobs progress.
- Prepare and submit accurate and detailed job reports.
- Support the sales and quality management team in identifying new business opportunities and areas for development.
- Adhere to all regulatory Health & Safety requirements
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
What We’re Looking For
✅ C (4/5) or above in Math’s and English GCSE
✅ Valid driving license
✅ Can-do attitude, ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
✅ Professionalism, communication and time management skills
✅ A team player who’s reliable, organised, and tidy
✅ A passion for engineering, with some mechanical and/or electrical knowledge is essential
✅ Must live locally (within 20 miles of Hertford) and have the right to work in the UK
