As our practice continues to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic Qualified/Trainee Dental Nurse to join our friendly team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a busy, forward-thinking practice where you'll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of treatments while working alongside experienced clinicians who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.
About Us
Aesthetic Smiles is a modern mixed NHS and private practice based in Leicester (LE3). We offer a comprehensive range of treatments, including NHS & private dentistry, oral surgery, dental implants, Invisalign, composite bonding, teeth whitening, IV & RA sedation and emergency dental care. We are also proud to accept referrals from dentists across the region through the FDS referral service.

What Your Role Will Involve
- Assisting clinicians during a wide variety of dental procedures, including implant and oral surgery procedures
- Preparing and maintaining surgeries to the highest clinical standards
- Supporting patients throughout their appointments and helping them feel relaxed and comfortable
- Maintaining excellent cross-infection control procedures
- Keeping accurate clinical records using SOE software
- Monitoring surgery stock and ensuring surgeries remain organised and fully equipped
- Working closely with the clinical team to ensure the smooth running of the practice
We're Looking for Someone Who Is
- A qualified or trainee dental nurse. A background in dentistry is a huge advantage, but not essential
- Friendly, enthusiastic and genuinely passionate about patient care
- Organised, reliable and able to multitask in a busy environment
- Confident communicating with patients and colleagues
- A great team player with a positive attitude
- Proactive and able to use their own initiative, spotting what needs to be done and getting stuck in.
- Happy to support wherever needed to help the practice run smoothly
- Comfortable using computers and happy to learn new systems
- Experience using SOE software would be an advantage, but full training can be provided
- Knowledge of cross-infection control, COSHH, PPE and GDPR is desirable

Salary
Competitive salary, dependent on experience, to be discussed at interview.
