The Role
As a Door Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients, staff, and members of the public.
You will represent Asgard Security with professionalism while ensuring venue policies are followed and incidents are managed effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor entrances and exits, controlling access to venues.
- Conduct regular patrols and maintain a visible security presence.
- Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, and security breaches.
- Enforce venue policies and procedures while maintaining a calm and professional approach.
- Assist in preventing conflict and de-escalating situations where appropriate.
- Work closely with colleagues, venue staff, and emergency services when required.
- Complete accurate incident reports and other documentation.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a safe environment.
- Dress in a smart presentable apperance subject to venue or event.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
- Previous experience in door supervision or the security industry (preferred but not essential).
- 5 Year work history ready to hand for screening and vetting.
- 5 year Address history.
- Valid Photo ID.
- Excellent observation and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- A reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.
- The ability to work late evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
- Dress Smartly
- Desirable to have a valid Driving Licence
