F&B Team Leader

About the Role
As an F&B Team Leader, you will support the Food & Beverage Manager in the day-to-day operation of our restaurant, bar, room service, and breakfast. You will lead by example, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and exceptional service while maintaining the highest brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the Food & Beverage team during each shift.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences.
- Support with staff training, coaching, and development.
- Ensure all food safety, health & safety, and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve any issues promptly.
- Support the Duty Manager role when required.
- Ensure compliance with IHG and hotel brand standards.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a Food & Beverage supervisory or team leader role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A positive, hands-on approach with a passion for hospitality.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Availability to work Breakfast and Evening shifts essential
