Having grown rapidly in recent years we are now looking to recruit an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our energetic and dynamic team. This multi faceted role would suit someone who is able to work in a fast paced and results driven environment.

Key responsibilities include:
- Meet and greet visitors at the office and on viewings.
- Handle inbound / outbound telephone calls.
- Qualify new tenant applicants.
- Arrange and carry out viewings.
- Provide regular feedback to tenants and landlords.
- Negotiate new tenancies and progress applications through to move-in.
- Obtain regular client feedback and testimonials.
- Manage own diary and workload.
Requirements of the individual:
- Strong and confident communicator with good customer service skills.
- At least 1 years’ experience in a property letting / property management related role.
- Ambition to build relationships and win new business.
- Previous sales experience.
- Self motivated and well organised.
- Able to perform well under pressure.
- Well presented.
- Ambitious, 'can do' attitude.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- Previous experience within a lettings / property based role.
- Experience dealing with clients face to face.

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am to 5.30pm.
