We are recruiting confident and outgoing individuals to join our beach sales team for the summer season.
You will be selling refreshments directly to beachgoers during busy summer days, helping create a fun and positive customer experience while maximising sales opportunities.
Full training, uniform, equipment, and products will be provided. This role includes commission, giving strong performers the opportunity to increase their earnings significantly during peak summer periods.
This is an energetic outdoor role suited to people who enjoy speaking with the public and are comfortable working in busy environments.
Responsibilities
- Approach and engage beachgoers in a friendly and confident manner
- Sell refreshments directly to customers throughout busy beach locations
- Promote products enthusiastically and encourage repeat purchases
- Handle payments and transactions accurately
- Maintain stock levels and keep equipment organised during shifts
- Represent the company professionally at all times
- Work towards daily sales targets and maximise commission opportunities
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude throughout shifts
Requirements
- Confident, charismatic, and approachable personality
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable approaching members of the public
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Able to work outdoors in warm and busy conditions
- Sales, hospitality, retail, or promotional experience is beneficial but not essential
