Ready to take your next step in a kitchen that actually excites you? We’re looking for a driven and passionate Chef de Partie to join our buzzing cocktail bar and fresh food kitchen in the heart of Worcester.
This isn’t your standard kitchen role. You’ll be working in a lively, fast-paced venue where great food meets a vibrant atmosphere, and with the launch of our brand-new rooftop terrace, it’s a great time to join and be part of something evolving from the ground up.
Join an opening team shaping a fresh, creative rooftop food concept — helping to define the menu and bring ideas to life in a kitchen that values both creativity and consistency.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning your section and delivering consistently high quality dishes
- Working with fresh ingredients in a fast-moving, high volume service
- Supporting the Head Chef and collaborating with a committed team
- Maintaining high standards — from prep to plate
- Involvement in menu development and seasonal specials from day one
What we’re looking for:
- Experience as a Chef de Partie or a confident Commis ready to step up
- A genuine passion for fresh food and great presentation
- Someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys a busy service
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Willingness to take on responsibility and grow within the role
