Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Manage customer accounts using CRM systems and other computer tools like Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Process orders, returns, and service requests efficiently while maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Collaborate with sales administration teams to update customer information and support order fulfillment activities.
- Utilize IT skills to troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex problems to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of organization by managing multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent time management skills.
- Support administrative duties such as preparing reports in Microsoft Excel or PowerPoint and maintaining customer databases with computer literacy.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles with strong communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software.
- Knowledge of sales administration processes and basic IT troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively within tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated computer literacy and familiarity with software like Sage or similar accounting/ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills coupled with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced environment involving customer interaction is preferred but not required.
