Fitzgeralds opening September, will be Ashbys finest Irish & sports bar. Serving great beers, cocktails and food all with the backdrop of great music and live sport.
We are recruiting for a strong deputy manager to lead from the front with first class service along with excellent standards and strong operational experience.
You will work closely along side the general manager to ensure the day to day runs smoothly, working towards clearly defined business goals and ensuring all company & brand guidelines are met.
The Fitzgerald will be open 7 days a week, with live music along with a packed schedule of sports, interactive pub games and great food.
What we are looking for
- Strong leader, showing the staff the way when it comes to first class service in everything we do
- Commercially aware understanding the needs of the business and adjusting staff as needed
- Very skilled behind the bar with knowledge of beers & cocktails along with floor skills hosting and table service
- Proactive with driving the business forward
