Job Purpose
The Operations Manager will co-ordinate the day‑to‑day operations of Natural Health Practice (NHP), ensuring the smooth, efficient, and effective running of the organisation.
Working closely with and providing direct support to the CEO, this role will help translate strategic priorities into operational delivery, manage internal processes and people, and ensure high standards across all areas of the business.
This is a senior, trusted position requiring discretion, sound judgment, and a flexible, hands‑on approach within a historic natural health and supplements organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Management
- Oversee and coordinate the operational execution of all NHP business functions, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and high standards of delivery
- Manage transitions, change initiatives, and process improvements across the organisation
- Establish and maintain effective systems and procedures to support the smooth running of NHP
CEO Support & Business Coordination
- Provide direct, confidential operational support to the CEO
- Assist the CEO in delivering agreed strategic goals and priorities
- Monitor and track action points on behalf of the CEO, ensuring timely follow‑up and resolution
- Act as a central coordination point to support decision‑making and business continuity
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Support the CEO in managing team members effectively and fostering a positive, cohesive working environment
- Maintain strong working relationships with partners, and stakeholders
- Liaise regularly with the CEO to ensure clear communication and alignment across the team
Finance & Administration
- Administer, monitor, and process budgets, invoices, and supplies as directed by the CEO
- Maintain accurate financial and operational records
- Ensure efficient use of resources and cost awareness across operations
Digital & AI
- Support digital and AI initiatives to support the companies ambitions
Flexibility & Additional Duties
- Work flexibly and respond to operational priorities at short notice when required
- Undertake any other duties commensurate with the seniority and responsibilities of the role, as requested by the CEO

Essential Criteria
Qualifications (Q)
- Educated to degree level or qualified through relevant professional experience
Experience (E)
- Significant experience in organisational administration and operational management
Knowledge (K)
- Strong understanding of the health, wellbeing and/or health supplements sector
- Knowledge of e‑commerce and online business operations
Skills (S)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
- Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Teams (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
