- Filling, silicone, and finishing work
- Minor tiling and flooring repairs
- Kitchen and bathroom maintenance
- Various odd jobs and general property repairs
What We're Looking For
- Previous handyman or property maintenance experience
- Strong practical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to complete jobs independently and professionally
- Good attention to detail and quality of finish
- Reliable, punctual, and organised
- Professional and polite when dealing with customers
- Must speak English
- Full UK driving licence
- Good knowledge of London and its parking restrictions
- Self-employed status or willingness to work on a self-employed basis
