Due to continued expansion, Safari Banbridge is looking for a full-time or part-time Cook / Kitchen Team Member to join our busy, multi-award-winning kitchen.
Experience is great, but it's not everything. We'd happily invest our time in someone with the right attitude who genuinely wants to learn our business.
We're looking for someone who:

- Can put their head down and get stuck in when the pressure comes on.

- Can multitask and switch between different kitchen roles as service demands.
Safari is a small kitchen serving a lot of hungry guests every day. No two services are the same, so we need someone who can adapt, stay organised and keep smiling, even when it's busy.
The Role
- Assist with breakfast, lunch and evening service.
- Prepare and cook hot and cold food to a consistently high standard.
- Help with desserts and food presentation.
- Support food preparation for our award-winning outside catering operation.
- Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic kitchen.
- Work efficiently during busy service while supporting the rest of the team.
What We're Looking For
- Previous kitchen experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, hardworking and punctual.
- Good communication skills and a strong team ethic.
- Level 2 Food Hygiene & Allergen Awareness is desirable (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience with breakfast, grill or steak service would be an advantage.
