The Role: Complex Care Support Worker.
Hourly Rate: £14.00 per hour, increasing to £14.50 once signed off competent
Location: Chesterfield S42
Contract Type:
Permanent with immediate start available. We offer the below contracts:
Part Time 24 hours- days and nights.
DBS: An up-to-date DBS check is required (we can apply on your behalf if you don’t already have one).
Driver: Required (Manual Licence)

- It's important to note that we recruit with a person-centred approach, meaning successful candidates will primarily work on one of our packages based in a single location. However, there is also the potential to work across various packages within the area.
The People in Chesterfield:
Person 1 - You would be supporting a gentleman in his 30's, with a genetic disorder, characterised by progressive muscular weakness. You would support with moving and handling, medication, personal care and cough assistance. He enjoys listening to music, playing on games consoles and going out and being sociable.
Person 2 - He really values carers who have a cheerful, pleasant personality, a love of all kinds of music, and a genuine sense of humour. Our client appreciates people who take a real interest in him and are willing to learn his unique method of communication – once mastered, it allows for meaningful two-way conversations.
