Job Summary
Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and, we would like to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
- Be part of a small team helping to create and promote sales opportunities by telephone, email and social media.
- Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about our products and services and book appointments.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments in the CRM system. Keep customer records up to date.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: Proven experience as a sales representative or other sales/customer service role.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales Skills: Strong sales ability with a track record of achieving targets.
- Customer Focus: Ability to understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with technology and CRM software is a plus.
- Motivation: Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
