Duties
- Perform commercial cleaning duties across designated areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, hallways, offices, and common areas with precision and care.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and other consumables to ensure continuous availability.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals safely while adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing extra attention or maintenance issues requiring escalation.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure timely completion of all tasks.
- Report any damages or safety hazards immediately to supervisors for prompt resolution.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work preferred; familiarity with various cleaning tools and chemicals is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and team collaboration.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings or weekends as needed.
