We are looking for compassionate, dependable and enthusiastic Health Care Assistants to join our team to provide high-quality support to individuals in a care home and home care settings. The successful candidate will assist with daily activities, promote well-being, and ensure residents' comfort and safety.

Skills
- Experience within a care home, domiciliary care or another health and social care environment would be beneficial, but your attitude, values and willingness to learn are just as important.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

- Good IT literacy for maintaining accurate records and updating care plans.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
