TTC Lifting Gear Ltd is a well-established UK manufacturer specialising in lifting and handling equipment. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a positive, organised, and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Business Administrator.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in being organised, and can confidently manage a variety of day-to-day administrative tasks while supporting the wider business operations team.
Key Responsibilities
As a Business Administrator, your duties will include:
- Preparing and generating paperwork for customer collections and deliveries.
- Ensuring all correct certification documentation is accurately included with delivery notes.
- Liaising with couriers and transport providers to coordinate deliveries and collections efficiently.
- Maintaining organised filing systems and ensuring company records are up to date.
- Booking in goods received and updating internal systems accordingly.
- Planning and arranging daily driving routes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team as required.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will be:
- Positive, reliable, and eager to learn.
- Experienced in an administrative role (preferred but not essential).
- Proactive with a strong problem-solving mindset.
- Able to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
- Confident communicating both verbally and in writing.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and prioritising workload effectively.
Working hours:
Monday - Thursday | 8.00am - 5.00pm
Friday | 8.00 am - 4.00pm
