The role will be a varied and challenging role, and delivering exceptional service at every stage is paramount. We put an emphasis on customer service, and expect our team to understand the different needs of each and every client. The successful applicant will need to be able to plan and prioritise and be able to use their initiative to achieve targets. Organisation is key, and being able to communicate with landlords, vendors, tenants, buyers and contractors is expected.
The role will include but not be limited to: -
- Carrying out property viewings for sales and lettings properties
- Property inspections, checkouts, inventories.
- Uploading properties to marketing websites
- Taking bookings over the phone and via email
- Organising your diary
- Carrying out the move in process with new tenants
- Working in a team
- Supporting with general office and admin work
- Building working relationships clients and contractors
- Delivering exceptional Customer service
