Position: Production Worker
Location: Wymeswold, Loughborough, LE12 6SD
Pay: £12.75 per hour
Hours: Minimum 36 hours/week (Monday to Friday), with a 30-minute paid lunch
We're a small, successful handmade brand known for crafting cheeky, creative, and conversation-starting products. If you’ve got a good sense of humour, enjoy working with your hands, and like the idea of making items that definitely raise eyebrows — this could be your perfect role.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Mixing, pouring, Demoulding and trimming high-quality silicone pieces (we’ll teach you everything)
- Carefully packing orders with attention to detail
- Keeping your workspace clean, organised, and ready for action
- Supporting and being in a team that’s all about good vibes, good laughs, and great products
Your Hours:
- Monday to Thursday 8.30 AM – 4PM
- Friday 8.30AM to 2.30PM
- Extra hours available if you’re keen.
What We’re Looking For:
- Great eye for colour and detail — our products love to stand out!
- Physically active — you’ll be lifting, mixing, and on your feet
- A driver’s licence — no public transport out here, so wheels are a must
- Trustworthy and independent — you may occasionally open/close the workshop
