Cook wanted for fast paced kitchen in children's soft play centre.
The roles includes :-
cooking meals to order, preparing buffets for birthday parties, batch cooking homemade foods, soup, cheese sauce etc, home baking/tray bakes, keeping the kitchen to a high standard of cleanliness required by EHO.
The ideal candidate must be able to work well as part of a small team and also work well independently. The key asset we are looking for is the ability to work at a fast pace during busy periods and cope well under pressure.
Having an up to date Food hygiene certificate would be preferred but is not essential as full training will be given.
