WE’RE HIRING — STUDIO RECEPTIONIST
Wild River Studio is looking for a friendly, organised and reliable receptionist to join our team.
We’re a creative tattoo studio and we’re looking for someone who can be the welcoming face of Wild River, look after our clients and artists, and keep everything behind the scenes running smoothly.
THE ROLE
You’ll be responsible for helping manage the day-to-day running of the studio, including:
- Welcoming clients and creating a friendly, comfortable atmosphere
- Responding to messages, calls and client enquiries
- Managing bookings, appointments and artist diaries
- Taking deposits and payments
- Keeping on top of emails and general studio admin
- Communicating with clients before and after their appointments
- Keeping the reception and communal areas organised
- Supporting our artists with their schedules and client communication
- Helping with social media and general studio tasks when needed
FLEXIBLE WORKING
We want this role to have some flexibility.
While regular time in the studio will be required, there will also be opportunities to work from home when appropriate. Things like answering enquiries, managing bookings and completing admin don’t always need to be done from the studio.
As long as all duties are being met, messages and bookings are being handled promptly, and the studio has the cover it needs, we’re happy to offer flexibility around where some of the work is done.
Ultimately, we’re looking for someone we can trust to take ownership of the role, manage their workload and make sure everything gets done.

Previous experience in reception, administration, hospitality or customer service would be great, but it’s not essential. For us, finding the right person for the studio is just as important as experience.
Pay: £13.50-£15.00 per hour
