Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Joiner to join our dynamic construction and renovation team. The successful candidate will support our busy schedule of void property projects and council contract works, delivering high-quality workmanship across a range of domestic properties. Candidate will need CSCS card, and own tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out 1st fix and 2nd fix joinery works.
- Fit and install kitchens, including associated joinery and finishing works.
- Complete general domestic joinery and property maintenance works.
- Carry out joinery works as part of void property refurbishments.
- Undertake disabled bathroom adaptation works where required.
- Work alongside other trades to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Identify and report any additional works or defects found during projects.
- Maintain a clean, safe and professional working environment.
- Work in accordance with relevant health and safety requirements, building standards and company procedures.
- Deliver a high standard of workmanship while working to agreed timescales.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in domestic joinery and property maintenance.
- Confident carrying out both 1st and 2nd fix works.
- Experienced in kitchen fitting and installation.
- Ideally experienced in void properties and council contracts.
- Comfortable working on bathroom adaptations and disabled facilities.
- Able to work independently and as part of a wider team.
- Reliable, organised and committed to completing work to a high standard.
- Professional and respectful when working in occupied properties or around residents.
- Health and safety conscious with a strong attention to detail.
