We are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef to join our team, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the kitchen in absence of the head chef, be highly skilled and experienced with at least two years’ experience in a establishment of a similar standard, who thrives in a busy kitchen environment.
The positions will be for 45-50 hours per week with a flexible rota, hourly wage, equal and fair distribution of tips and good work/life balance..
We pride ourselves on producing seasonal menu's and working closely with local suppliers and using local produce - passion and experience in this area would be advantageous for the successful candidate.
We have received The Michelin Guide’s Bib Gourmand for the past 12 consecutive years, the successful candidates will be expected to ensure ongoing inclusion.
The successful candidates will be highly motivated individuals with a desire to learn and progress.
