The VP, Head of Clinical Pharmacology & Translational Medicine (CPTM) is a senior scientific leadership role that integrates human-biology-driven translational science, precision medicine/biomarker strategy, and clinical pharmacology to enhance the probability of technical and regulatory success (PTRS) of every Innovative Medicines program — from candidate selection through proof-of-concept and life-cycle management.
The translational mandate is deliberately science-forward: understanding human disease biology, target engagement, mechanism of action and patient stratification — rather than owning clinical development execution. The successful candidate will lead a small, high-caliber global group of translational scientists, biomarker experts and clinical pharmacologists, and will act as a connective enterprise leader who bridges Discovery, Global Clinical Development, Pharmacometrics, Bioanalytics, Regulatory and BD&L through influence, scientific credibility and matrix leadership — without relying on direct reporting lines.
This position can sit in West Chester, PA/Parsippany NJ or Israel (we cannot support relocation at this time).
