Kutchenhaus is a premium German kitchen brand, known for exceptional design, cutting-edge functionality, and a tailored customer experience. We’re now looking for an experienced and motivated Showroom Manager to lead our new Solihull showroom and drive its growth and success.
Role Overview:
As Showroom Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing the design team, ensuring the highest standard of customer service, and driving lead conversion. Maintaining a premium showroom environment that reflects the Kutchenhaus brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily showroom operations with a hands-on leadership approach
- Lead, support and motivate the design/sales team
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high design standards
- Handle customer appointments, from initial consultation to final design sign-off
- Ensure all leads are followed up and appointments are scheduled effectively
- Oversee showroom presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising
- Work closely with head office to align on brand standards, promotions, and performance metrics
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a kitchen showroom management role
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Exceptional communication and customer-facing abilities
- High attention to detail and passion for design
- Able to thrive in a target-driven environment
- Confident with CRM systems, scheduling software, and digital design tools (e.g., Winner Design)
Requirements:
- Full-time availability (5 days/week)
- Weekend availability is essential
- Right to work in the UK
