We have an excellent opportunity for an Administrator / Paralegal to join our Trade Mark Formalities team.

Key Responsibilities
A wide ranging and fast-paced role, your primary function will be to support the management of Trade Mark portfolios within the team. As well as preparation of trade mark registry forms, you will also be responsible for preparation of reporting to and updating clients, corresponding with the trade mark registries, ensuring records are accurately and promptly updated, including docketing, monitoring and managing deadlines for the team, liaising with professional staff, other legal firms and clients from around the world.
Day to day duties will also include processing and docketing of incoming correspondence and maintaining records on our systems.
Requirements
A professional manner and the ability to complete work to exacting standards and within tight deadlines is crucial. Existing experience / knowledge of IP management systems, Trade Mark legislation and rules and processes is advantageous but not essential as full training will be given. You should also have a proven ability for the following:
Managing and prioritising your own workload.
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive, personable approach.
A professional manner when liaising with clients and other external parties is essential.
A team player who is also conscientious, motivated and flexible, adapting as the need arises.
Strong IT skills with an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Receptive and open to learning new skills and acquiring an understanding of the industry.
Ability to work well under pressure.
